Ganztagesfahrt/Clean-up

Tauchgang 1: Giftun Ham Ham

Tauchgang 2: Shaab Tiffany

Tauchgang 3: Magawish Island

Der erste Tauchgang hat uns nach Giftun Ham Ham gebracht, wo wir ganz viele Gorgonien, Lanabübas, Riesenmuränen, Graue Muränen und Krokodilfische gesehen haben. Danach ging‘s nach einer kleinen Pause weiter mit Shaab Tiffany. Hier begegneten wir ganz vielen Schneckchen. Außerdem trafen wir auf Geringelte Seenadeln, Drachenkõpfe und Gebänderte Scherengarnelen.

Anschließend gab es das lang ersehnte Mittagessen an der Magawish Insel. Hier ging es dann auch mit dem Clean Up Dive weiter. Jetzt machen wir uns auf in die Basis für das Stempelbuch und das Logbuch.

Full day trip/Rescue diver course

First Dive: Fanadir Foc

Second Dive: Fanadir Dacht

So today it was still windy, but this did not stop us from doing some amazing dives. In the morning we chose to dive the Fanadir reef which would be interesting for our guests and suitable for the rescue diver course we had on board. After arriving at Fanadir Foc in the morning and after a good and detailed briefing we jumped and were immediately amazed, as the dive site was completely overrun with harmless jellyfish by the thousands, which offered a rare and beautiful view. We also found there today: 3 octopus, yellow mouth moray (photo), giant moray, pepper moray, stonefish and scorpionfish. What a dive with lots of fun. Our rescue diver excelled all his instructor asked him.

Rotes-Meer

After the dive we had some lunch and allowed ourselves a long surface break in the Fanadir lagoon that is well protected from the waves. The second dive at Fanadir Dacht was just as much fun, as we descended along the reef. Some more morays were found as well as stonefish and scorpionfish, but we also found a pair of ghostpipe fishes, a red sea flounder, a comet fish and some more octopus. And our rescue diver completed his course by recovering a simulated lost diver who fehlt unconscious during his search for the boat. That was nicely done and a great success for our diver. So once again we had a great day on the Scharara. A big thanks to captain and crew! And now off to the Shaab Stella bar for a pint.

Tauchgang 1: Sha’ab Abu Ramada Ost

Tauchgang 2: Sha’ab Abu Ramada West

Wir machten uns heute einen gemütlichen Abu Ramada Tag. Zu Beginn ging es stationär ins Nass. Robin machte mit seinem Sidemount Schüler nach der Theorie auf dem Boot Übungen und dann ging es an die Praxis. Wir Mädels teilten den Rest der Gäste unter uns auf und genossen das Riff mit seiner wunderschönen Korallenlandschaft. Natürlich gab es auch ein paar bunte Fische, Flötenfische und Rotfeuerfische zu sehen.

Tauchplatz-Hurghada

In der Mittagspause suchte sich jeder einen Platz an der Sonne. Auf der Westseite sprangen wir zum Oneway und tauchten vorbei an Barrakudas und Langnasendoktorfischen. Das eigentlich Highlight gab es aber zum Ende – und nun sind wir uns unschlüssig – vielleicht ein Adlerrochen, vielleicht aber auch ein Mobula/Manta, da die Aussagen waren, dass er vorne 2 Hörnchen hatte. Leider gibt es keine Fotos und so werden wir es nie genau erfahren. Letzter Stopp… Sha’ab Stella!
